Problem
With the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, millions of Ukrainians suffered, and many refugees arrived in France, particularly in the small city of Narbonne. A group of volunteers decided to create an association to organize charity events, raise funds to provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine, and support Ukrainians who had already settled in France. The main idea was to organize charity events centered around Ukrainian culture to attract the attention of the French public and encourage them to support the cause.
Result
I supported the Narbonne-Ukraine Association with design and communication, creating visuals for event banners, flyers, and other printed materials. My work helped promote and organize several large-scale charity events, each welcoming over 1,000 attendees.
My role
Worked as a Brand & Graphic Designer, collaborating closely with the Association Director.
Responsabilities:
Managing the brand identity and ensuring visual consistency across all communication materials.
Creating printed materials for event promotion, as well as all the visual assets used during the events.
Supporting event organization by managing seating plans, communicating with stakeholders, and providing translation when needed.

Branding
The logo represents Franco-Ukrainian collaboration and is designed to work across all types of media. As a mascot, I chose a white dove—a universal symbol of peace—that can be easily adapted to different occasions. For example, it normally holds an olive branch, but at Christmas it can hold a Christmas tree toy instead.

Events
I created all the printed materials for several charity events, including the Virsky dance concert and a traditional Ukrainian dinner. This included banners in various formats, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials.
