Solution

Developing the brand style using generous white space to evoke a sense of cleanliness, transparency, and medical professionalism. The pink and blue brand colors, combined with playful typography, provide an immediate understanding of the topic.

A website that clearly explains the benefits of choosing Nova Espero and outlines the working process.

Many intended parents worry that agencies will take their money without delivering results.

That’s why the slogan was chosen:
Nova Espero – New Hope. We don’t just give hope — we deliver results.




One of the reasons clients are willing to come to Ukraine is the affordable prices. That’s why they are highlighted.




In Ukraine, there are already a couple of similar agencies, all offering the same services and prices.

To stand out, we defined the brand’s core added value: no payment before results — client-oriented and trust-building.

We also highlighted two additional values: (1) the Ukrainian legal system, which allows surrogacy, and (2) extensive expertise in legislation.

After all the promises comes the proof: impactful numbers and genuine client reviews to reinforce trust.




Another trust-building block: if the website can already answer even one of the client’s questions at this stage, it means they have already benefited from the agency.

That’s why we carefully selected the questions that are often asked during the first meeting with clients.




Providing a real address and contact information to enhance credibility.




Offering clients the option to leave their email address to be contacted by a real coordinator. Only minimal information is required — name, email, and program of interest (with the option 'Not sure').
